Reiki Master training, a transformative journey, is available and taught by Karen Harrison herself! The training involves learning advanced techniques, symbols, and attunements and teaching and attuning others to Reiki energy. Whether you’re a beginner or have been practicing for years, Reiki Master training offers a path to personal and spiritual growth.

Reiki is energy that reduces stress and promotes healing by laying on hands or sending at a distance. There are several levels of study on your journey through Reiki Master training. Before undertaking Reiki Master training, students must have completed Reiki 1 and 2. These initial levels provide the foundational knowledge and skills necessary for advanced training. You will need six months of practice experience at the second level before advancing to the Master level. Here are the essential components of Reiki Master training:

• Advanced Symbols and Techniques –
  • Master Symbols: Students learn the Reiki Master symbol, which is considered to have a very high vibrational frequency and is used for advanced healing and attunements (placements).
  • Advanced Techniques: Training includes advanced healing techniques that can be applied in various situations, enhancing the practitioner’s ability to address complex issues.
• Attunements (Placements and Ignitions) –
  • Receiving Attunements: During Master training, students receive powerful attunements (sometimes called placements and ignitions in specific systems like Holy Fire Reiki) from their Reiki Master. These attunements further open and align their energy channels to the Reiki Master frequency.
  • Giving Attunements: Master training involves learning how to perform attunements on others, which enables the new Master to initiate others into the various levels of Reiki.
• Teaching Reiki –
  • Curriculum Development: Students learn how to create and structure Reiki classes, including reviewing the outlines and materials for teaching each level of Reiki.
  • Teaching Skills: Training often includes guidance on effective teaching methods and how to support and mentor students after class.
• Ethics and Professionalism –
  • Ethical Practice: Emphasis is placed on the ethical responsibilities of being a Reiki Master, including maintaining professionalism, respecting client confidentiality, and upholding the integrity of the Reiki practice.
  • Professional Development: Guidance on setting up a professional practice, including business considerations, marketing, and technology.
• Personal and Spiritual Development –
  • Reiki Master training is not just about learning techniques. It’s about personal and spiritual growth. The training encourages ongoing development, emphasizing the importance of regular self-reiki and meditation practices. Not everyone who becomes a Reiki Master decides to teach. Often, people pursue becoming a Reiki Master to use the energy for themselves and their families. Reiki Master training is a comprehensive and transformative process that equips individuals with the skills, knowledge, and spiritual depth to practice Reiki at an advanced level and to teach and attune others. Once you complete the Reiki Master course, you are a Reiki Master Practitioner. After you have taught one person, you become a Reiki Master Teacher. Becoming a Reiki Master does not mean you have mastered Reiki, but you allow the energy to master you. It’s important to note that the journey to becoming a Reiki Master is personal, and there is no fixed timeline for it. There is so much room for growth with Reiki Master training.
