Holy Fire® Reiki is a combination of traditional Usui Reiki and the contemporary evolution of Reiki. Holy Fire® is a term that refers to a healing system using Divine energy that comes from God. Holy Fire energy is a higher and more effective level of consciousness that soothes, relaxes, and nurtures. Divinely inspired healing energy helps resolve emotional issues and enables a person to reach a healthier state of well-being by releasing worry and agitation and filling a person with self-confidence and enthusiasm.

Japanese Sensei, Mikao Usui, developed Usui Reiki energy healing using symbols to draw on high-frequency spiritual energy to produce a more enlightened level of awareness in a person. This refined extension of Usui Reiki is now called Holy Fire® Reiki. In the practice of Holy Fire® Reiki, it is not intended to have a religious meaning and is not affiliated with any religion, but rather is spiritual in nature.

In Reiki, there are various levels of study, beginning with Reiki I and II, in which you learn how to give yourself treatments and give someone else a standard treatment. In Reiki II you learn how to use Reiki symbols to amplify your healing energy. You also learn how to scan the body for energy blockages and how to give intuitive treatments guided by your scanning. You will learn to send Reiki at a distance. 

In Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki I and II, students are introduced to the Holy Fire energy. In Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master and Holy Fire Karuna Reiki ® training, the student goes much deeper into the Holy Fire energy and acquires healing energy that can deeply heel one’s wounded parts and help one access all the gifts of one’s Spirit or Higher Self. 

Reiki teacher training provides a person with the skills and knowledge to give Reiki healing energy to themselves and to teach others. It is simple to learn and easy to use. For someone to learn Reiki, one does not need any particular skills – anyone can do it! Once you have received Reiki teacher training, you will be able to teach others how to give Reiki healing energy to people, pets, and other animals. 

Only a Reiki Master can teach Reiki courses. As a Senior Licensed Reiki Master Teacher and Co-Director of the Licensed Reiki Master Teacher Training Program with the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), I have been providing Reiki teacher training since 1998.
