Holy Fire® Reiki Classes from the Whole Life Center in Kansas City can start you on a life-changing path. Whether you participate in-person or online, you can learn how to use the sacred energy of Reiki to promote healing in yourself and others. Regardless if you are a beginner or have already undertaken your Reiki journey, we have a class to suit your needs.  

 
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that involves healing through “the laying on of hands.” This does not always mean actually touching the person for whom you are giving a Reiki treatment. Reiki can even be sent across distance and time! Holy Fire® Reiki is a new Reiki attunement that was revealed to Reiki Master William Lee Rand in 2014. Many who practice Reiki find that it helps them to relieve stress, reduce pain, relieve depression, focus energy and live in a more peaceful and loving way. If this sounds like something that would be of help to you, a Holy Fire® Reiki beginner class is the place to start. 

The Usui / Holy Fire® III Reiki I & Reiki II beginning class is taught in a two-day session. Though the experience is intensive, we strive to present information in a loving and sacred way. During this class you will receive your first placements (also called attunements) to the healing energy of Reiki. These will allow you to access greater healing energy and make it possible for you to continue your Reiki journey through the remainder of the training.  
 
The class combines lecture, discussion and experience as well as practice time. During practice you will both give and receive a complete Reiki treatment, using the methods you have just learned. You will also need to set aside time to practice after the training ends. This may be a few hours a week for several weeks, or a smaller amount of time over a longer period. You may practice alone, with others from your class or with friends or family members. Such practice is needed in order to help you become confident in your Reiki skills.  

After completing the beginning class, if you want to continue on your healing journey with Holy Fire® Reiki, you can sign up for the Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master class. The purpose of this class is to help Reiki practitioners grow and strengthen their healing energy in order to use it for themselves or others. You will learn and receive Placements and Ignitions, which are a simpler form of attunements. You will also learn how to teach and how to have a Reiki business if you choose.  

For those wishing to take their training to an even higher level, we offer the Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® class. Karuna means “compassionate action.” This intensive, three-day class covers a new type of Holy Fire Reiki that was introduced by the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT.) Both powerful and gentle, it provides purification, empowerment, guidance and healing.
